Mexican food is one of the great cuisines of the world, yet is little known by those of us living outside our beloved country, MEXICO.

Isa Bayardo,and Milena Villamar-Fay are native Mexicans, who together with Winnie Chen, a Taiwanese entrepreneur, have planned to change all that. With their expertise and passion for cooking, they have brought to the Taipei community the most traditional of Mexican dishes - the cuisine representing Mexico’s renowned gatronomy and lifestyle.

El Gallo’s house recipes and ingredients are meticulously chosen and prepared to satisfy even the most discerning patron. We are sure you will enjoy them.
